    Executive Summary

    A healthcare enterprise operated 15 disparate source systems spanning clinical operations, billing, patient records, population health, claims management, and UDS reporting. While the systems shared similar database structures and schemas, each contained unique data and required slightly different transformation logic, while dashboard outputs needed to remain consistent across clients.  

    Anblicks architected and delivered an enterprise-scale Snowflake Data Cloud platform that standardized data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and reporting across all 15 systems. The solution introduced a consistent multi-layer architecture, unified CDC and Non-CDC ingestion, and a Git-managed templatization framework for reusable business logic.  

    The resulting platform automated all 15 source systems, enabled cross-source analytics, and delivered an approximately 80% reduction in stored procedure maintenance effort.  

    The Breakthrough
    • 15 source systems fully automated and consolidated into one analytics-ready platform.   
    • 2,360+ tables per source system made available through the analytics-ready platform.   
    • 280+ stored procedures supporting transformation logic across 17 schemas.   
    • ~80% reduction in stored procedure maintenance effort through templatization.   
    • 3+ days of repeated change effort addressed by making changes in a single location instead of across 15 client implementations.   
    • Enabled unified analytics for MPI, UDS reporting, claims, and population health across the 15 systems.
