From Resource Constraints to Scalable Healthcare Data Operations with Snowflake 

A leading healthcare organization originally built on SQL Server faced resource constraints that limited scalability, performance, data protection, and operational flexibility across 15 source systems. Fixed compute resources created resource contention during peak processing, while ETL and source-data ingestion required 4–8 hours and 6–8 hours, respectively.  

Anblicks migrated the platform to Snowflake Data Cloud, leveraging elastic compute, workload isolation, data protection, performance optimization, governed data sharing, and independent scaling of storage and compute.  

The modernization reduced ETL processing from approx. 8 hours to approx 1 hour 20 minutes, an approximately 80% improvement, while source-data ingestion improved from 6–8 hours to 20 minutes–2 hours, representing an approximately 60% improvement.
