Sr. Consultants

JOB DUTIES:
Implement Business Process Management (BPM), Salesforce CRM, Retail, Wealth Management and Banking platforms; Perform Current state future state assessment and Gap analysis to identify delta, streamline existing resources and optimize cost; Perform Cost-Benefit Analysis to determine strengths and weakness of alternative and opt for best approach; Work on Target Operating Model Designing to enable application of organization strategy and corporate vision to business operations, Business Process Design and Reengineering; Responsible for Lean Six Sigma Implementation to improve business performance by waste elimination and variation reduction across the value chain; Work on Lean/Agile Transformation through SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) to mitigate non-value added activates across all processes and increase customer value; Perform Business Analysis, Requirements Elicitation and Decomposition, Functional Designing, IT Strategy and Roadmap; Responsible for Management Consulting, Solutioning and Recommendation, Solution Implementation, Client Advising and Communication; Perform Software Testing to ensure high quality of products and systems; Identify program/code errors, Defect Management, Team Leadership, User Acceptance Testing to verify that a software is ready to handle real-world scenarios and to meet business specifications, Project Management, Project Scoping, Charter and Planning; Use SQL Scripting, BI Tools like Tableau, Oracle BI Publisher for Data Visualization, Data Analytics and Reporting, and Project Reporting.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or a related field plus 2 years of experience. In lieu of the above, we will also accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. We will also accept any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience. Experience to include working with BPM; CRM; Current/Future State Assessments and Gap Analysis; Cost-Benefit Analysis; Target Operating Models; Lean Six Sigma; IT Strategy and Roadmap; Software Testing; User Acceptance Testing; Business Intelligence (BI) Tools.
HOURS:
M-F, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
JOB LOCATION:
Dallas, Texas. Travel not required, but must be willing to relocate to unanticipated locations across the country per contract demand.

ETL/BI consultants/Developers

JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for End to End Software development and enhancements; Responsible for understanding Requirements, closely working with Business Analysts and Source System Team; Responsible for designing the integrated ETL jobs through Datastage; Responsible for the development of Reporting Components using Oracle; Work on Documentation of Various Artifacts; Responsible for Development and Coding of BI components, ETL jobs and Reporting Components; Write and debug of PL/SQL scripts in Oracle; Responsible for Development of Unix Shell Scripts; Work on Databases such as Oracle and Teradata, SQL, PL/SQL and UNIX scripting; Perform Data Profiling for understanding the quality of data; Assist in Version management of Code movement; Perform Fine Tuning of SQL queries and ETL jobs; Work on amending Webservices (Using SOAP); Assist in Data Quality Checks; Coordinate the activities from different geographic time zones; Perform Code Reviews in accordance with Organization standards; Closely work with Testers and assist in Test Planning; Assist in Test Data Preparation; Responsible for Design Dependencies for Scheduling of Jobs and Reporting components; Assist in Implementation and Support and Maintenance.
